Each program's own page gives its income limit, credit score and how to apply. HUD's Good Neighbor Next Door program is for teachers, law enforcement officers, firefighters and emergency medical technicians; nurses are not on HUD's list. In every other state, nurses can use the same first-time buyer help as everyone else: pick your state or compare all states.
