Do not sell or share my personal information
If you sent us a lender request, you can tell us not to pass your details to a lender or anyone else.
When is it a sale?
Sending a lender request means Fairview Assistance Inc. passes it along to a single mortgage lender, and that lender may pay us for it. California's Consumer Privacy Act, like comparable laws in other states, may treat that as selling personal information. Other than that, we do not sell or share anything, and there are no advertising cookies.
Opting out
Write to [email protected] from the address you used for your request, and write "Do not sell or share" as your email's subject. Your details stop going to lenders within 15 working days, and we tell any lender already holding them. No account is needed, and anything you send is used only to carry out the request.
